EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Exchange Policy

Making a purchase at Chakkraa indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

We only provide exchanges of the goods once sold. We have a strict no return and no refund policy under any circumstances whatsoever.

In case of exchange, new product value must be equal or more than the exchanged product.
 
An extra charge of ₹250/- will have to be paid by the customer as exchange courier charges.

The exchange product /products must be couriered back to us within 1 working day from the time you have notified us about the exchange .

Please note : Incase of a tampered parcel, kindly don’t accept it. If the goods inside are tampered or defected , please make a video of the same while opening the package and report within 72 hours from the time of delivery. No such requests will be entertained Post 72hours.

No credits will be held for more than upto 5 working days. If we are not informed as to what would you like in exchange of the products sent back to us within 5 working days from sending the parcel, the exchange will be considered void. No credit will be held with us whatsoever.

Products are liable for exchange only once. Multiple exchanges will not be entertained.

At Chakra Home, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. You just have to contact our team. The customer is liable to pay the return pick up courier charges in case of exchange. Once it qualifies our QC, we shall dispatch your replacement order.

Please ensure that the product you exchange is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

We are not liable for any exchanges that we were not notified about within 5 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • No exchange  is offered for International orders.
  • No exchange is offered for products purchased on sale/discount.
  • No exchange is offered for customised products.
  1. PAYMENTS AND PRICING
    PAYMENTS – You may opt for a payment method from under the following heads:

  • JCB
  • NYCE
  • STAR
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit or gift cards
  1. Net Banking
    If your payment method has been declined, do one of the following:
  • Confirm your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number were entered correctly in Your Account.
  • Contact your bank.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

  1. Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions

Cash on Delivery will be available as a payment method only when all of the below conditions are true:

  1. Total Cart Value should be less than or equal to INR 20,000
  2. We only collect the amount printed on the invoice.
  3. Cash on Delivery may not be applicable to all pin codes.
  4. All orders will be verified over a call, before being processed.
  5. If we are not able to reach you within 3 calls, the order will be cancelled.
  6. Disclaimer time will be considered post call verification.
  7. You can pay for your order only using cash.
  8. Only Indian currency will be accepted. Older denominations of Indian currency for 500 and 1000 wouldn’t be accepted. If you wish to pay by denominations of any international currency, please get in touch with our customer experience team
  9. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to inter alia:
  • Bad Weather
  • Flight Delay
  • Political Disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
  • Production Issues

PRICING – We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on products and/or services you buy from us, however, we do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion. 

While, we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account. The payment may be processed prior to our dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

The individual product price as showcased on www.chakkraa.in  includes supplier product price, handling charges, styling fee and customization charges (if any).

  1. COMMUNICATIONS

When you send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mails or phone calls from us with respect to your order.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS POLICY

Sale offers are valid for a limited time and are valid on online purchases only at Chakra Home, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time. Offers void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to introduce the Promotions (individually or collectively) at intervals of our choice. While the general terms of this Promotions Policy sets out our terms and conditions governing all of our Promotions, we may also provide separate terms governing each one of its Promotions. While choosing to participate in the Promotions, the Users are, apart from this Promotions Policy, requested to peruse and understand the terms which govern individual Promotions. We may, at any time and without having to service any prior notice to the User, modify or delete its Promotions or the terms and conditions governing such Promotions. We may provide the Promotions on a select range or on all of our Products. The Promotions may also be applicable on any, or certain specific purchases carried out by the User on the Website. Further, without having to service any notice on the User, we may withdraw all, or a part of its Promotions from the Website.

Notwithstanding the term of the Promotions, the Promotions will be operational only until stocks last, and we shall reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion any time.
