SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,500.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a base charge of Rs. 99 is levied. For express, a base charge of Rs. 200 is levied.

When can I expect it to arrive?
We know waiting for your order can be tough. We send our orders via third party Logistic Partners. Anything in stock will ship in 3 days. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on Monday unless there is a holiday. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day. Packages are usually delivered within 7-10 business days of shipment.

I’m based overseas. Will you still ship my way?
Yes we can .Please email info@chakkraa.in and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.

For International Customers
Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
