SIZING
The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. 

COLORS
Every effort has been made to accurately show and display the products that appear on the site, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as screens and monitors of electronic devices vary. Furthermore, colors may vary in pictures from the actual product.

EMBELLISHMENTS:
Embellishments used on garments may vary from the pictures depending on the availability of the same from or suppliers. However, we try to remain as close as possible to the ones show in the pictures.

GARMENT CARE: For longer life and color maintenance dry cleaning of garments is recommended.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use www.chakkraa.in or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our site, which will be deemed adequate service of notice/ electronic record.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the site.

www.chakkraa.in shall refuse and cancel orders placed by you due to non-availability of product and inform you about rejection of your order. Chakra Home will refund your payment within 7 working days. With respect to refund, www.chakkraa.in will give necessary instructions to the payment gateway within 7 working days. It is pertinent to note that the payment gateways may take upto 30 days to credit such an amount to your account. 

DELIVERY

Please note that delivery timelines can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

*No response or delay in response from the customer

*Delay from our courier partners for reasons unknown  

www.chakkraa.in should not be liable for any non-delivery of the product if details provided by you, such as recipient name, address or contact number is incorrect.

If the product is returned to www.chakkraa.in, we will be entitled to charge extra cost for resending the product(s) back on the correct address. The extra cost of re-delivery shall be paid upfront and the delivery time may extend.
